We are a family-owned cafe, catering, & events business that began in East Lake with neighbors & lifelong family friends saying: "we want a place in the neighborhood where we can gather."

We launched the concept for our first cafe in 2013 while restoring a building in East Lake Birmingham, or as we described to friends: right off of East 59.

Our goal was to offer a community-minded space where neighbors could meet around great coffee & simple, comfort food. As our family business has evolved over the years, our main goal has remained the same.

We moved our East Lake location to Lee Branch in 2020.

Our cafe has grown into a catering & events business that we cherish. We have hosted bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties for 1 year olds & 105 year olds, receptions, 90s classic country music hoe downs, fundraisers, reunions, & lovely wedding events. During the week we regularly host Bible study groups, non-profits, book clubs, library events, & good friends having coffee.
